Each matte canvas comes with back hanging already included for convenient placement. The frame is made with profile radiata pine that is ethically sourced from renewable forests.

Actual Product Detailing May Vary

Due to variations in monitor displays, fabric textures, and print provider machinery, the final printed product may differ slightly from the digital mockups. Please keep the following in mind:

Color Variations: Colors on your screen may appear slightly different from the actual printed inks.

Placement & Sizing: The exact placement and scale of the design may shift by a fraction of an inch during the printing process. For apparel, design spacing remains standard across most sizes, so it may appear proportionally larger on a Small or smaller on an XL.

Print Type: Due to the nature of different print types and varying fabric blends, final prints may appear slightly less saturated or different in texture than they do on your digital screen.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Because all of our items are custom-made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or has a clear manufacturing error, please contact us at dislocationrecords@gmail.com within 30 days of product delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will happily provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
